PRODUCT RETURNS

The addresses below are only for product returns. Please send us a note to jllbmedia@gmail.com to let us know why you are returning a product so we can follow up and make sure you are taking care in a timely manner. We might request additional information such as product photos, etc. We will let you know as the situation presents itself.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
